Certified Sports DoctoR Trainer Chris Gore earned his Personal Training certification from NESTA in 2014. He has trained with professional athletes in the National Football League, Canadian Football League, Arena Football League, Major League Baseball and MotorX. Chris specializes in speed and agility, strength and conditioning, core strength, recovery and nutritional guidance.

Speed and Agility classes have been designed for athletes at any skill level looking to improve their current athletic performance. Exercises are designed to improve overall quickness, strength, speed and agility. There will be a concentration on footwork, legs and core strength. Other focuses will include:
