Speed and Agility Workouts

Workout is designed to improve overall quickness, strength, speed and agility.

  • Will cover Form Running, Acceleration, Balance, Reaction, Lateral Quickness and Foot Speed
  • Mondays: January 8, 15, 22, 29
  • Session 1: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.; Session 2: 6:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m.
  • $15 per workout or $40 for all 4 workouts
